These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shopdhoom.com and the ShopDhoom mobile and web experience (together, the “Platform”), operated by Startuptify Technologies LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (LLPIN: AAT-2799, GSTIN: 27AEFFS3205J1Z1), with its registered office at Flat No. 2, Ground Floor, Wing A, Durga Residency A, Indralok Phase 3, Deepak Hospital Road, Bhayander (East), Thane, Maharashtra 401105, India (“ShopDhoom”, “Startuptify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, opening a store, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What ShopDhoom is

ShopDhoom is a marketplace where independent sellers (“Sellers”) create and stock their own stores using an AI-assisted store builder. When you buy a product, ShopDhoom purchases it from the Seller and resells it to you — ShopDhoom is the seller of record for that sale, not the individual Seller.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Seller terms

• Sellers may open up to two (2) stores per account.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and shipping details (weight and dimensions).
• Under ShopDhoom’s Purchase & Resale arrangement, ShopDhoom purchases each product from the Seller at the Original Price the Seller sets, and resells it to Buyers at a higher Selling Price that includes ShopDhoom’s fee, payment processing charges, and applicable taxes — the Seller always receives their full Original Price, paid manually via NEFT within 7 days of delivery. There is no setup fee or monthly fee to open a store, and no charge on unsold listings.
• Sellers are responsible for packing orders for pickup; courier pickup and delivery are handled through our shipping partner, Shiprocket.
• Sellers must not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods, or misrepresent the origin, condition, or nature of a product.

4. Buyer terms

• Prices, availability, and shipping costs are set by the Seller (shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address) and shown to you before you complete a purchase.
• By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping charges.
• By placing an order, you’re buying from ShopDhoom — ShopDhoom purchases the product from the Seller and resells it to you, handling payment processing and shipping logistics for that sale.

5. Payments

All payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. ShopDhoom does not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials.

6. Shipping, cancellations, exchanges, and returns

Shipping is handled through Shiprocket. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. You can cancel an order before it ships. As the seller of record, ShopDhoom handles all buyer-facing exchanges, returns, and refunds directly — not the Seller.

Exchanges, not returns. As a general rule we do not accept returns — we exchange instead. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right by exchanging it for a replacement, at no cost to you. We may ask for details or photos to review your request, and the outcome for any particular request is decided by ShopDhoom.

Products that accept returns. A limited number of products are marked as returnable. Where a product is returnable, its page shows a “Returns accepted” note, and you can request a return within 3 days of delivery. A product page without that note is exchange-only. What applies to a specific product is always shown on that product’s page (in its “Returns & Exchanges” section).

ShopDhoom Guarantee. This is our commitment above: if something isn’t right with your order, we’ll fix it, and you won’t pay for it.

7. Intellectual property

Product images, designs, and descriptions belong to the Seller who uploaded them, unless otherwise stated. The ShopDhoom name, logo, and Platform design are the property of Startuptify Technologies LLP.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to violate any law, infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights, upload malicious code, scrape or resell Platform data, or interfere with the Platform’s normal operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startuptify Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This does not limit ShopDhoom’s responsibility as seller of record for products purchased through the Platform, as described in Section 6. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
