These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shopdhoom.com and the ShopDhoom mobile and web experience (together, the “Platform”), operated by Startuptify Technologies LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (LLPIN: AAT-2799, GSTIN: 27AEFFS3205J1Z1), with its registered office at Flat No. 2, Ground Floor, Wing A, Durga Residency A, Indralok Phase 3, Deepak Hospital Road, Bhayander (East), Thane, Maharashtra 401105, India (“ShopDhoom”, “Startuptify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, opening a store, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What ShopDhoom is

ShopDhoom is a marketplace that connects independent sellers (“Sellers”) with buyers (“Buyers”). Sellers use an AI-assisted store builder to create and manage their own storefronts on the Platform; Buyers browse and purchase products directly from those stores.

ShopDhoom is not the manufacturer or, in most cases, the seller of record for products listed on the Platform — each Seller is independently responsible for the products they list, their descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Seller terms

• Sellers may open up to two (2) stores per account.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and shipping details (weight and dimensions).
• There is no setup fee or monthly fee to open a store. ShopDhoom charges a flat platform fee per product, applied only when an order is placed for that product — no fee applies to unsold listings.
• Sellers are responsible for packing orders for pickup; courier pickup and delivery are handled through our shipping partner, Shiprocket.
• Sellers must not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods, or misrepresent the origin, condition, or nature of a product.

4. Buyer terms

• Prices, availability, and shipping costs are set by the Seller (shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address) and shown to you before you complete a purchase.
• By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping charges.
• Orders are between you and the Seller; ShopDhoom facilitates the transaction, payment processing, and shipping logistics.

5. Payments

All payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. ShopDhoom does not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials.

6. Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Shipping is handled through Shiprocket. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Cancellation, return, and refund terms may vary by Seller and product — check the specific store or product page, or contact us if you’re unsure.

7. Intellectual property

Product images, designs, and descriptions belong to the Seller who uploaded them, unless otherwise stated. The ShopDhoom name, logo, and Platform design are the property of Startuptify Technologies LLP.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to violate any law, infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights, upload malicious code, scrape or resell Platform data, or interfere with the Platform’s normal operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startuptify Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, or from a Seller’s products, listings, or conduct. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
